Sumeet Khullar

SUMEET KHULLAR

PARTNER

After graduating from the London School of Economics (LSE) with a degree in Economics/Accounting & Finance, Sumeet joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a trainee accountant and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2003. Since qualifying, he joined various specialized accountancy firms in the Entertainment and media sector, where he prepared accounts & and tax returns for celebrities like Stephen Fry, Emma Thompson, Cat Deeley, The Sugababes and Blue. In the Financial Services sector, he prepared management accounts, payroll and VAT returns for Hedge Funds and Fund Managers in the city of London.

 

While simultaneously pursuing his career in finance, he began investing in UK residential property purchasing his first London investment property back in 1998. He has over 20 years of experience managing his own property portfolio consisting of various UK residential units ranging from flats to detached family residences. He has completed several residential refurbishment projects in London, which he used to expand his property portfolio further. His expertise in financial analysis has been a great asset in assessing potential property deals, and he now takes on more significant developments and commercial conversions.

 

In his spare time, Sumeet enjoys martial arts and is a black belt in Tai Kwon Do, loves to practice the ancient art of bhakti yoga and meditation and engages in various charitable works to give back to the community.
